就地清洗（CIP Cleaning in
place)是一種新型有效的清洗技術(shù)，廣泛應(yīng)用于啤酒、飲料、咖啡、制糖、生物制藥等行業(yè)。
就地清洗技術(shù)是在設(shè)備、管道、閥件都不需要拆卸不需要易地的情況下，設(shè)備就在原地進(jìn)行清洗的一種技術(shù)，它具有如下特點(diǎn)：

用途與特點(diǎn)
本設(shè)備用于大中型乳品廠集中控制就地清洗。其特點(diǎn)是酸液罐、堿液罐和清水罐分別由獨(dú)立的三個(gè)貯罐組成，故謂分罐式就地清洗設(shè)備。本設(shè)備具有以下特點(diǎn)：
1、帶有分配器，可進(jìn)行多路分別清洗。
2、具有回流管道裝置，洗液可循環(huán)使用，既節(jié)省洗液，又有利環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。
3、貯罐大小，控制方式可根據(jù)用戶要求來定。

This device can be applied in the in place
cleaning and control of the large & medium sized
milk plant .the characteristic of it is that
acid liquor tank , alkali liquor tank and fresh
water tank are made up by 3 independent storage
tanks , which is called in site cleansing
devices .The characters of this devices are:
1, Geared up with distributor, so the
multiple-lined cleansing can be carried out.
2, Geared up with reflux lines, wash solution
can be operated in cycle ,it is both solution
aving and environment-protecting.
3, The size of the storage tank can be
controlled ,according to the demands of the
